The sheriff's office has partnered with a company called "text behind." they use technology to scan and replicates mail sent to inmates by loved ones in a digital format to be viewed on a tablet or printed out. The company says their services help prevent drugs and other illegal items from entering jails and prisons across the country. Text behind services are used at six other arizona county jails.
