11.3 - Tracking & Viewing Your Postal Mail

TextBehind processes acceptable postal mail for the inmates at our correctional facility clients. If you would like to see a copy and the status of all your postal mail online, you can follow the steps below:

1. Create an account with TextBehind at family.textbehind.com
2. Add the same inmate as your contact
3. While logged in, go to the CONTACT US section on the app or the website to send an account merging request
4. In your message, you must include the following information:
   • Your full name as it appeared on the postal mail envelope,
   • Your complete mailing address as it appeared on the postal mail envelope
   • The full name of the inmate and their inmate ID
5. Our team will sync your account to display the correct mail data by verifying your information.
