To have something in their hands and feel it in its original state is not something we can fully replicate. However, bad actors misuse postal services to transmit life-threatening narcotics into the prisons resulting in sending officers to the emergency room and even cause deaths of fellow offenders and officers. These unfortunate circumstances make it critical for services like TextBehind to exist. 
 
TextBehind operates its service in over 40 U.S. states. We process and deliver millions of postal letters to more than 500 correctional institutions every day. We also understand the burden of responsibility that comes with it. That is why we have developed rigorous processes and policies to perform this duty in a highly professional manner.   • All postal mail is scanned, processed and printed in higher than standard resolution, and in full color.
  • All postal mail received by TextBehind is scanned, processed, and delivered to the correctional institutions for a review within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday with the exception of major holidays, depending on the service terms and mail volume for the day that fluctuates. 
  • All postal mail undergoes a Level 1 (Digital) and Level 2 (Printed) quality assurance process to reduce or eliminate any errors. However, all reported errors are corrected within 24 hours.
