If a previously sent letter is not delivered to an inmate by the USPS despite the correct information, active inmate custody status, and it was NOT rejected by the correctional facility staff due to the nature of its contents, you may request TextBehind to resend the same letter within 30-days of its original transaction date. After such a timeframe, a letter cannot be resent.
If a letter is not delivered to an inmate because it was rejected by the correctional facility staff due to the nature of its unapproved contents, no request for refund or resend will be granted because transaction was created in violation of our Terms of Use, and Mail Approval policies at the applicable correctional facility.
