2.1 - How To View Past Conversations

How to view your past conversations on our Family.TextBehind.com website:

  1. Select “Contacts”
  2. Select “All Contacts”.  
  3. Select the first text message icon “View Conversation” on the inmate’s name card in order to view your past conversations. The letters will appear below as conversation history. 

How to view your past conversations on our Mobile Phone App:

  1. Select “My Contacts” (second tab) at the bottom of the page that appears as a heart.
  2. Select the first text message icon “View Conversation” on the recipient's name card in order to view your past conversations. The letters will appear below as conversation history.
