Login and account recovery

HOW TO LOG IN

To login, please go to https://www.textbehind.com/login on website or go to the login screen on the TextBehind mobile app. Logging in to your account is generally required for you to access TextBehind mobile app functions and your personal account specific information in a secure manner. 

HOW TO FIND YOUR USERNAME:

You can use any of the following 3 elements as your username:
 
  1. Customer Number

    Please check your original registration confirmation email containing your customer number. It will be a 7 digit number starting with 526xxxx, 527xxxx or 528xxxx series and so on. It may also be a 4 or 5 digit number if you created your account with TextBehind.com before March 2018. If you need to recover your customer number, please go to https://www.textbehind.com/reset-password (and use yellow box fields to provide requested information to proceed)

     
  2. Mobile Phone Number 

    This phone number must match the number on your TextBehind account, otherwise the system will not recognize it. It is possible that the phone number on your account is different or originally mis-typed by you. In this case, you can use your customer number or email address.

     
  3. Email Address

    This email address must match the address on your TextBehind account, otherwise the system will not recognize it. It is possible that the email address on your account is different or originally mis-typed by you. In this case, you can use your customer number or phone number.

    TextBehind team is here to help you recover any part of your account. So don't worry if you cannot remember original information. Please send an email to us from CONTACT US page with your inquiry and we will help you. 


RESETTING PASSWORD:

If you are unable to recall your password or if it is not being accepted by the system, please go to https://www.textbehind.com/reset-password (blue box) to reset your password. Depending on your method of choice, the system will send a secure token (5 digit number code) by email or text message. Follow the instructions provided by the system. Then go to https://www.textbehind.com/password-reset-code to enter the token. At this point the system will allow you to create a new password.
