7 - Customer Support
TextBehind Customer support for families and friends is provided via email only. All inquiries are responded to within 24 hours. To save time, please browse through all HELP TOPICS, it is quite likely that you will find the answer to your questions before you even reach out to us.
Please always remember that your inquires are read and responded to by real people just like you who are simply here to help you. They work really hard to make sure that they answer your questions and resolve your concerns in the most efficient manner. TextBehind management appreciates and encourages mutual respect, politeness, and courteous behavior at all times. There is no issue that cannot be resolved regarding general TextBehind services and therefore there is no reason to be rude or assume that your question is not important to us. We take all your questions, concerns, and inquiries seriously, and try to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Please also note that we do not tolerate unwarranted aggression, abuse, profanity, discrimination, racism, threats, harassment, or any behavior that may prevent our staff from performing their duties in a professionally courteous manner. All correspondence between our staff and you is recorded and occasionally reviewed by management to analyze various aspects of our service.
If any undesired behaviors are detected either from our staff or the customers (you), prompt action is taken with an intention to prevent it from happening in the future.
TextBehind reserves the right to deny you access to any and all of our services offered if undesired behavior(s) are experienced from your side repetitively after an advice or warning has been issued to you at least once.
Method # 1 (Recommended):
For a faster response, please create an account or simply login. Go to the CONTACT US page and send us your question. Your inquiry will come to our customer support center where one of the support staff will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. Well over 95% of the inquiries we receive are responded to and resolved within the first hour. Please provide as much detail about your question or concern as possible so that we can resolve it quickly.
Method # 2:
If you do not have an account with TextBehind, you can still go to the CONTACT US page and use the contact us form or use any of the feedback forms provided at the end of every HELP TOPIC.
Method # 3:
You can also send a direct email to email@example.com, however, some of these emails may get rejected by our security firewall and we may not receive your inquiry at all. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please go to the CONTACT US page on our website or mobile app and send us your question from there.
