7.1) How to reach out to TextBehind® staff for additional help

Customer support for families and friends is provided via email only. All inquiries are responded to within 24 hours. To save time, please browse through all HELP TOPICS, it is quite likely that you will find the answer to your most common questions in one of the topics listed. 

Customer Support Method # 1 (Recommended):
For a faster response, please create an account or simply log in. Go to CONTACT US page and send us your question. Your inquiry will come to our support center where one of the support team members will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. Over 90% of the inquiries are responded to within minutes. Please provide as much detail about your question as possible so that we can resolve your issue faster.

Customer Support Method # 2:
If you do not have an account with TextBehind, you can still go to CONTACT US page and use the contact us form.

Customer Support Method # 3:
You can also send a direct email to, however, some of these emails can get rejected by security firewall and we may not receive your inquiry. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please go to CONTACT US page on our website or mobile app and send us your question from there.
