3.9 - Payment methods

A payment method (credit / debit card) cannot be saved into the TextBehind system on its own. You must make a transaction such as, create a new letter or purchase one of the discount deals under SPECIAL SAVINGS. Then at the time of completing payment, you may choose to save the payment method (card) you're using. 


Please note that none of your critical financial information is saved on any of the TextBehind® web servers. What you see as the last 4 digits of your payment method used on your account is merely a token for you to identify which of your cards was used on TextBehind in the past. The credit/debit card number is saved in a highly secure manner with the banking institution. All transactions are approved or declined by them on your behalf. You can choose to remove any of your payment methods by clicking on REMOVE link next to your saved card identifier.
