Purchasing and using credits
Credits and account cash balance are used to pay for any communication products that you send to the correctional facilities for your incarcerated loved ones. You can use a valid credit card, debit card, or a valid prepaid card to purchase more credits.

When you create a new transaction such as a Text Message, for example, the shopping cart will show its cost in either dollar value or credits depending on the transaction type. Upon submitting the order, the system will show you all payment options in different boxes with your available and usable balance. If you do not have a sufficient credits balance for the transaction you're about to submit, the system will prompt you to purchase additional credits by offering applicable purchase options. 

After you have purchased a certain type of discount deal with one type of credits and your incarcerated loved one is transferred. Such as from contracted to a non-contracted facility or vice versa, your existing credits may become unusable in their current status. However, there is nothing to worry about.
