2 - Account Setup

2.1 - New account registration and activation

STEP 1) Account Registration:

Please go to and provide the information requested on the signup form. All fields marked with asterisk* are mandatory to be filled in.

Please make sure that you have entered the correct mobile phone number and email address (you will need to re-enter the same mobile number or email address when activating your account). Often times the customers cannot complete setting up their account registration and activation process because of incorrect information such as mistyped information. We recommend that you must double-check the information you entered before submitting the form. 

Once you have entered all the information, please click on the “I am not a robot” security checkbox. You may be asked to click on certain types of images if the system needs to perform any human verification. Finally, click on PROCEED button when done.

STEP 2) Account Activation:

After submitting the signup form, you will receive a text message on your smartphone as well as an email alert with your account information such as CUSTOMER NUMBER and a 4-digit account activation code that you must enter on along with your mobile phone number to ACTIVATE your new account. This action will finish the account registration process for you. You can also activate your account by going to the log-in screen using the TextBehind mobile app and clicking on ACTIVATE ACCOUNT link.

If you did not receive your 4-digit account activation PIN number, please click on to request the same code to be sent to you again. Please note that sometimes it may take a few minutes for the code to arrive due to network traffic volume. 

Account Activation Timeframe:
A newly registered account must be activated within 3 days (72 hours). Otherwise, the system will erase your saved information and you will be to start the registration process again.  

All helpful links regarding the account setup process are provided on the login screen on both the main website and mobile app for your convenience. Please allow a few minutes to receive system emails and text alerts just in case there’s a network delay. Make sure to check your email JUNK / SPAM BOX in case your email program misdirected the TextBehind system emails away from your inbox. To be on the safe side, please add to your White List or acceptable senders list. All notification emails sent to you will come from the same TextBehind email address.

After your account has been successfully registered and activated, please proceed to the login screen to continue.
