1.2) Login help and account recovery process


HOW TO LOG IN

To login, please go to https://www.textbehind.com/login on website or go to the login screen on the TextBehind mobile app. Then enter any one of the following information as username:

  1. Customer Number
    Please check your original registration email containing your customer number. It will be a 7 digit number starting with 526xxxx, 527xxxx or 528xxxx and so on. It may also be a 4 or 5 digit number if you created your account with TextBehind.com before March 2018.

     
  2. Mobile Phone Number 
    (Your most recent phone number on the TextBehind account)

     
  3. Email Address
    (Your most recent email address on the TextBehind account)

Then enter your password and click on LOG IN button.

PASSWORD RECOVERY OPTIONS:

If you are unable to recall your password, please click on "Click here to reset your password" link right under the LOGIN button. This link will take you through the account password reset options. 


OPTION 1)  RESET PASSWORD USING CUSTOMER NUMBER

On https://www.textbehind.com/reset-password screen, enter your 7 digit customer number. Then click on SEND MAIL button, the system will send email message to your email address on file with password reset link. Click on the link within the email message to see a page to create a new password for your account. The continue with login to access your account. 


OPTION 2)  RESET PASSWORD USING EMAIL ADDRESS

If you do not remember your customer number, then click on "I cannot remember my customer number". This link will take you to https://www.textbehind.com/reset-password?type=email page where you will be asked to enter your email address on file. Enter your email address and the system will send email message to your email address on file with password reset link. Click on the link from within the email message to see a page to create a new password for your TextBehind account. Then continue with login to access your account.  


OPTION 3)  RESET PASSWORD USING PHONE NUMBER

If you do not remember which of your email address(es) did you use on TextBehind account most recently, then click on "I do not remember my email address". This link will take you to https://www.textbehind.com/reset-password?type=mobile page where you will be asked to enter your phone number on file. Enter your phone number and the system will send email message to your email address on file with password reset link. Click on the link from within the email message to see a page to create a new password for your TextBehind account. Then continue with login to access your account.  


PLEASE NOTE:
If the system is not recognize the customer number, email address or phone number you're entering with an error message that reads "User doesn't exist in the system", it only means that a valid and active account does not exist. If you attempted to register an account with TextBehind within the past 24 hours, then it is possible that you just need to activate your new account and begin using it.
